1. About these terms

These terms govern your purchase of furniture and services from Color Jam. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Made to order

Most Color Jam pieces are produced after you order, in the colour, finish and wood you choose. Production begins once your deposit clears, and your selected specification is fixed at that point.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

A 70% deposit is required to confirm any order. The remaining balance is payable before delivery or collection. We will confirm payment details with you after you place your order.

4. Lead times and delivery

Delivery estimates shown on product pages are indicative and calculated from the date your deposit is received. Lead times vary by piece, finish and governorate. Delivery charges are quoted per governorate and confirmed at checkout.

Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery. Please make sure the piece fits through doorways, stairwells and lifts before ordering — we cannot accept returns for items that do not fit.

5. Natural materials

Our pieces use solid wood, veneer, upholstery and hand-applied paint. Variation in grain, colour and texture is inherent to these materials and is not a defect. Screen colours are indicative; we are happy to send physical samples on request.

6. Custom commissions

Bespoke pieces are quoted individually and are non-refundable once production starts, since they cannot be resold. We will share drawings or specifications for your written approval before beginning.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel before production begins for a full refund of your deposit. Once production has started the deposit is non-refundable, as materials will have been committed.

8. Warranty

We warrant our pieces against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for twelve months from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage from unsuitable environments such as prolonged direct sunlight or damp.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
